  • Weekly meetings of State AIDS Clinical Expert Panel (SACEP) for ascertaining eligibility of HIV-1 viral load testing and initiation of Second Line and Alternate First Line Antiretroviral therapy (ART) and management of referred cases from ART centres of linked states namely Assam Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Odisha, Sikkim and West Bengal.
  • Nutritional counselling of all second line and alternate first line ART patients
  • Home visits of patients on second line ART for ART adherence and family counselling.
Any Other Activity :
  • Operational Research in the area of HIV.
  • Mentoring of the ART centres of the linked six states by Expert Physician Access Number (EPAN), e-mail, National Distance Learning Seminar Series.
  • Training of Master Trainers, Medical Officers of ART centres, Multi-speciality ART Team, Medical Officers of Link ART centres (LAC), Pharmacists of ART centres and CME in collaboration with National AIDS Control Organisation.
